Aquarius is a collective-thinking Air sign that promotes community. So, with that, my private online community (Charmed) has opened its doors to everyone so we can manifest together for the New Moon! Our gathering will feature a powerful Breathwork session, hosted by professional Breathwork Facilitator, Manny Eastwood. He is a Los Angeles-based practitioner who has helped some of Hollywood's most elite use their breath to make magic in their lives. Manny's style of Breathwork focuses on truly releasing and cleansing out fear and doubt so we can bring in our most desired manifestations. At our New Moon gathering, you can expect to take part in a soul-shifting Breathwork session that will completely change your energetic field, empowering you to new heights. Since Aquarius is an air sign, it only makes sense for us to use our breath! 

What is Breathwork?

It's intentional breathing, in short. It's a spiritual and somatic practice that guides you to following specific breathing patterns and techniques so you can experience powerful breakthroughs and up-level your energy. What you'll need to prepare for our Breathwork for Manifestation Gathering

You can come and relax into the experience, but here are some items that I suggest bringing:

• A Pen/Paper to write down the manifestation you're going to call in during Breathwork 
• Water 
• A journal for after the session incase you feel inspired to note take 
• Headphones

Manny recommends doing Breathwork comfortably laying down. Make sure you're dressed in cozy non-restrictive clothes for the experience!

• Our gathering is at 1pm central time on February 9th and our private Zoom link will be emailed to you that morning - be sure you're subscribed to my Mystic Musings email list to receive this email. You can subscribe at www.astrologywithraquel.com 
• Since we have a guest facilitator, we will be starting right at 1pm to respect his time - so please arrive early or at 1pm sharp
• If you can't join us live, there will be a replay sent out
