Drawing inspiration from the myth of Persephone, Goddess of Spring and Queen of the Underworld, this ceremony intertwines her transformative journey with the sensual elegance of Venus. As Persephone embraced her duality, she awakened a deeper, more magnetic presence within; a journey mirrored in the Venusian path of reclaiming beauty, desire, and self-possession.

A luminous daughter of the earth, Persephone was kidnapped by Hades (Pluto) and taken into the shadows of the underworld.

For a time, she was hidden against her will... caught between innocence and depth, light and dark. Voiceless, paused between worlds.

But then, she is offered six pomegranate seeds.

When she ate them, the story evolves.

She becomes the monarch of duality. The one who walks between realms.

She re-emerges not as she was, but as who she truly is:

The Queen & the Goddess who has tasted both light & dark, and emerged more powerful for it.

You can open your pomegranate during the ritual. You may eat the seeds. Or you might simply let it sit beside you, whole & beautiful. You might adorn your altar with it afterwards, or put it in a Feng Shui center of your living space for manifestation.
